Terms of Service

POS is a multi-tenant point-of-sale product. Access to a live workspace is provisioned by the operator (concierge launch). These terms apply to shop owners and staff who use a provisioned workspace.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials private, for the accuracy of sales and inventory records you enter, and for complying with tax and employment law in your jurisdiction. Do not share owner credentials with cashiers.

The service is provided as-is for running your shop. We may suspend a workspace that is abused, left unpaid after an agreed arrangement, or that threatens other tenants on the same system. You can export your products, customers, orders, and invoices from the app.

Card payments taken at the till (if enabled) are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Subscription billing for POS itself is handled manually during this launch.
