Privacy Policy

POSstores business data you enter in a provisioned workspace: staff accounts, products, stock, orders, invoices, customers, suppliers, and related bookkeeping records. Each shop's data is scoped by tenant and is not shared with other shops.

Authentication uses HTTP-only cookies. Password reset and invite emails are sent through our outbound mail provider. Optional in-till card capture uses Stripe; card details go to Stripe, not our database.

We keep logs (errors, access, operational metrics) to run and secure the service. Backups of the database are taken so we can restore a shop after a failure. We do not sell tenant data.
